How It All Started
The farm was founded by Stefania’s parents, who began by growing peaches and kiwis.
In 2017, Stefania and Andrea chose to carry on the family journey, bringing with them fresh ideas and a new vision.
They decided to renew the farm by replacing the original orchards with crops such as blueberries, apples, pears, hazelnuts, chestnuts, strawberries, and potatoes.
"L'Olmo" Farm
The name “L’Olmo” was chosen for its strong symbolic value: it represents stability, connection to the land, support, protection, and marital love—principles that guide the farm's philosophy.
The new project is rooted in organic and biodynamic farming methods, supported by significant investments in facilities and equipment—such as the dedicated lab for transforming fruit into juices and jams.
