The Olmo Organic Farm is a small corner of the world where time still moves at nature’s pace. At the foot of Monviso, between Revello and Martiniana Po, Andrea and Stefania tend the land with gentle hands and open hearts, weaving together ancient knowledge and a love for the future.
Strawberries, blueberries, apples, pears, hazelnuts, potatoes and heirloom grains grow in rhythm with the seasons—never forced, nourished only by what’s essential: clean water, sunlight, and living soil. Everything begins with honest organic farming, not just a technical choice, but a declaration of love—for the earth, for those who eat its fruits, and for their daughters, who play among the rows and learn from the quiet wisdom of the fields.
